What we look for

Technical expertise or willingness to learn plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry work
For contractors: your own business entity (we can help you set one up)
A professional commercial vehicle for field roles: Sprinter van, ProMaster, or small box truck preferred
Active liability insurance for contractor and partner roles
